My Approach

In life, we’re all usually trying to do the best we know how to do. Using a new approach to a relationship or a challenge takes self-awareness, reflection, and bravery. Together we can consider all of your strengths and lessons learned from rich life experiences, and discover a path to a more authentic way of traveling through the everyday world of goals, tasks, and relationships.

My goal is to provide affirmation and support, as well as a place where you can share freely without fear of judgement. My style is welcoming, positive, and encouraging, with a little humor to help things along. While we all have a spiritual aspect to ourselves, know that we can explore that as much or as little as you prefer.

I enjoy working with families, kids, adolescents, young adults, individuals, and couples. I’m especially interested in times of life transitions and self-discovery, crossroads of life when we have an opportunity to evaluate what is and is not working, and what our goals are for ourselves in the future. This might be a new job, a change of relationship status, faith challenges, losing someone close to you, an important decision…or just waking up on a regular ‘ol Tuesday. No matter the life challenge, I would be honored to come alongside you and support you through it.
