“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners...``
~ Isaiah 61:1

I believe as humans God has given us an incredible ability to cope, find ways to heal, and develop new ways of relating to one another, and I am here to support you on that journey. I aim to meet you where you are without judgment so we can find tools together. Whether you’re dealing with conflict in your relationships, having a faith crisis, or learning to breathe again after a traumatic event, you deserve to find balance and wholeness again.

I have an interest in working with adults, teenagers, couples and families. My clinical interests are: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, sexual concerns, relational problems, and spiritual/faith-related concerns. I am comfortable working with clients of a wide variety of identities and values, and I can incorporate faith into our sessions to the degree you desire.
