Your story matters.
I believe as humans we have an incredible ability to cope, find ways to heal, and develop new ways of relating to one another, and I am here to support you on that journey. I aim to meet you where you are without judgment so we can find tools together. Whether you’re dealing with conflict in your relationships, having a faith crisis, or learning to breathe again after a traumatic event, you deserve to find balance and wholeness again.
I have an interest in supporting adults, teenagers, couples and families. My clinical interests are: anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, sexual concerns, identity work, spiritual/faith-related concerns, and relational problems. I am comfortable working with clients of a wide variety of identities and I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I also can incorporate faith into our sessions if you are interested.
