God is faithful and will not let you be tried beyond your strength; but with the trial he will also provide a way out, so that you may be able to bear it. 1Cor. 10:13

As St. Paul wrote to the Corinthians, at times you might find yourself going through a period of trials and suffering. These can be through conflicting emotions, relationships, past or present loses, external stressors, or simply feeling something is missing in your life. Therapy provides a way out by integrating a mind/body/spirit connection within you to help you return to wellness.

It requires great strength and courage when taking the first step to reach out. I would be honored if you allow me to walk alongside you on that road to find a way to unlock your full potential as God intended it to be. I strive to follow your lead and adapt to your personal style and needs, and together, create a supportive, safe and nurturing environment. Feeling empowered to express yourself without fear of judgement or misunderstanding, especially when you place God at the center of your life.
