Bio
For more than ten years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most meaningful and challenging seasons. As a follower of Christ, I believe each person is created with purpose, dignity, and the capacity for healing. My goal is to provide a warm, grace‑filled space where you can explore your story and move toward the life and relationships God intends for you.
Alongside my clinical work, I spent the last two years serving as a social worker for Anoka County. That experience deepened my understanding of complex family systems, community resources, and the needs of individuals and families impacted by serious and persistent mental illness, including bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
I am especially passionate about helping couples rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and move toward a Christ‑centered marriage grounded in humility, unity, and love. As a Gottman‑trained therapist, I integrate research‑based relationship strategies with Christian principles to help couples communicate more effectively, navigate conflict with compassion, and build a foundation that honors God and each other.
I also have extensive experience supporting veterans, trauma survivors, children ages 10 and older, and individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, or major life transitions.
Additionally, I have a heart for supporting women navigating perimenopause—a season that can bring emotional, physical, and spiritual changes. I strive to offer compassionate guidance and practical support during this important transition.
My therapeutic approach blends Christian values, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman‑informed techniques. I aim to meet clients with empathy, clarity, and respect while empowering them to identify their strengths, deepen motivation, and take meaningful steps toward healing.
You don’t have to walk this journey alone—and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
