“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
- Romans 5:8
“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
- Revelation 21:4

My Approach

Jesus sees you, knows you, and loves you deeply. No matter where you are in your journey, He is with you, and He is working in your life even in the pain, the questions, and the uncertainties. My role as a therapist is not to have all the answers, but to create a space where you can encounter His truth, His grace, and His healing.

I believe that real transformation happens when we invite Jesus into our struggles. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or simply feeling lost, He is the one who restores, renews, and strengthens. In our sessions, my prayer is that He speaks through me to bring encouragement, wisdom, and hope.

This is not a journey you have to walk alone. Jesus is with you every step of the way, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as we seek His peace, His purpose, and His unfailing love together.

About Me

  • My favorite worship songs are Gratitude by Brandon Lake and Build My Life by Pat Barrett
  • In my free time, you will see me getting lost in a good book, traveling with my husband, staying active with fun workout classes, catching up with friends over a matcha, and taking walks with my two cats.
  • My faith journey has not always been steadfast, and I have experienced many low points. However, when I truly encountered Christ, He brought me healing and fulfillment to the deepest parts of my heart, which is why I wanted to become a therapist- to give people hope through Christ.
