There is no need to face your troubles alone!!

We often fall into old patterns that don’t work for us any longer. We can feel stuck. We don’t know how to make changes or what to do. Sometimes it is necessary to share your story with someone who can be objective to your situation and give you an alternative perspective. A gentle push is often all we need to turn back onto the right path, especially in this busy and chaotic world we live in. Come in for a session, I will strive to give you the knowledge and skills to make these changes in a healthy and God-like manner. We will work together, at your pace and comfort level, to develop goals to improve your life. We will work to give your life balance in all areas: emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. My passion lies in restoring troubled marriages. Marriage can be hard and it does take work, but I truly feel all marriages can be restored if both parties are willing to try to make things better. Matthew 19:6 says “So they are no longer two, but one. No human being must separate, then, what God has joined together.” Divorcing is not the solution. If there is an underlining issue that is not resolved, you will go into your next relationship with the same or very similar problems. We need to get to the root of the problem in order to change.

I have used the Bible verse Philippians 4:5-9 to get through many tough times in my own life. It will help you find gratitude in your life, as well as, what to focus your thoughts on, which will ultimately bring internal peace.

Show a gentle attitude toward everyone. The Lord is coming soon. Don’t worry about anything, but in all your prayers ask God for what you need, always asking Him with a thankful heart. And God’s peace, which is far beyond human understanding, will keep your hearts and minds safe in union with Christ Jesus. In conclusion my friends, fill your minds with those things that are good and that deserve praise: things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and honorable. Put into practice what you learned and received from me, both from my words and from my actions. And the God who gives us peace will be with you..

-Philippians 4: 5-9
