Christelle A. Tchongouang

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who
goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6

I am glad you are here seeking help because it takes courage to ask for help. I want to help you,
listen to you, hear your story, and walk alongside you to discover how to improve your life and
solve the problems you are facing. I hope to provide you with peace and acceptance, so you can
work on your circumstances and improve your quality of life. I love working with children and
their parents, and I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. I am
bilingual in French and English and have experience in mood disorders, anger management,
developmental disabilities, reactive attachment disorder, and trauma.

My faith is an important part of who I am as a therapist. I believe spiritual and psychological
accompaniments could pursue the same goals, considering that psychotherapy could allow one to
take great strides in their spiritual life.
