Chelsea Bode

Life isn’t easy. We all go through times of self-doubt, pain, grief, and hardship. The good news is, we weren’t made to do life alone. The fact that you’re reading this tells me you might just agree with me. Taking that first step already shows your courage and readiness for change, and I would be honored to come alongside you for that healing journey. I know how daunting these first steps can be, so give yourself credit for coming this far!
I am passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients, whether you are seeking individual therapy or relational therapy. I work with a systemic and relational lens, meaning I view relational health as essential to our overall wellbeing. I am passionate about working with couples and families, and I have years of experience in pastoral counseling with adolescents, emerging adults, and young married couples. Whether it’s relational conflict, self-esteem issues, anxiety, or life transitions, I am here to offer therapy that’s affirming and centered on your values.
Healing is possible.
