Everyone experiences times of difficulty at various points throughout their life, but going through those experiences and feelings is something no one should have to go through alone.
Bri brings a warm, active, and collaborative approach to her work with individuals, couples, and families. She believes therapy offers a secure space to explore past and present experiences, relationship patterns, and personal challenges. Her work is grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based lens and incorporates reflective approaches to support self-understanding and growth. Bri is deeply drawn to the field of marriage and family therapy because it acknowledges the profound impact relationships have on individuals—whether positive or negative.
Bri works with children, adults and families navigating a wide range of life experiences and challenges. She has particular interests in ADHD, relationship issues, identity exploration, boundary-setting, and life transitions. She also supports clients navigating anxiety, self-esteem, family of origin dynamics, and emotional healing. Bri values creating space for clients to reconnect with themselves, develop new skills, and foster meaningful change.
Education
Bri graduated with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Additionally, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration and Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.
