Hi!

I’m Bethany. And if you are here on this page, it means that you are looking for Counseling. Whether that be for anxiety/depression, family conflict, or life transitions, there are going to be seasons in life when having a trained and competent outside voice is not only beneficial but also necessary and life giving.

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families as they have navigated challenging and at times what appeared like impossible situations. With the aid of Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Emotions focused, solution based, and Biblically based therapy, my goal is to provide thoughtful, compassionate and helpful care at a time when you and your loved ones need it most.

As a wife and mom to 5 kids, I know first hand how important mental health is for individuals and within family systems and desire to work with you in your process of healing and recovery. I strive to work through the lens of faith and spirituality, as much as you are comfortable with, and work from the foundation that through God there is always Hope.
