Welcome! I commend you for seeking out support and counsel for whatever it is you are going through in your life as that takes courage. Life can be hard sometimes, right? I’ve learned that God created us not to walk alone, but together. I have been through hardships in life and want to help others come through their hardships. I have had anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder before, healed, and came out the other side with peace and healing. It is always possible. What brought me healing the most was a combination of therapy, community support, exercise, and God’s love.

My counseling style is to be empathetic, supportive and to provide the tools and space you need to accomplish your goals and dreams or healing. This may be coping skills, education, prayer or a little of each. I want to meet you where you are now. If you do the work, it can lead to a place of healing, peace, a better relationship with God, yourself, and others. I am respectful of differences and want to provide a healing space for you. I will challenge and encourage you in making positive changes. For those who welcome it, I enjoy bringing prayer and God into the healing space. I use a combination of therapies or find the right fit for the individual. If this sounds like a fit for you, please reach out to set up an appointment!

There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. - John 4:18
