Katy Valine

No matter what we experience in life, or what we believe about ourselves, we all bear the image
of God and possess intrinsic worth and lovability. That said, in our humanness, it’s helpful to
have someone with whom to share our challenges.

I view therapy as a sacred, yet creative
partnership, holding concern and empathy, while together we focus on healing and developing
personal awareness. Therapy is also a holistic pursuit, nurturing mind, body, and spirit.

As a Christian, I am passionate about incorporating faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process,
always at the discretion of the client.

…To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. - Micah 6:8
