I believe therapy is helpful for everyone, as all people experience personal distress and
relationship problems at some point during their lives. We all have the ways we need healing,
and I am excited to walk with you on that journey. I am passionate about working with couples,
families, and individuals on the changes you would like to see in your life. I work from a
systemic and relational perspective, because none of us got to where we are alone.

As an ordained pastor and college chaplain, I have worked with people of diverse identities
pastorally – including ethnicity, race, age, gender identity and sexuality, religious or secular
identity, socio-economic background, and ability – and look forward to working therapeutically
with all people, knowing that each person is unique. As a Lutheran Christian, I am LGBTQIA+
open and affirming, and respect the religious, spiritual, and secular backgrounds of all people.
