Fiona Tranquillo

I work with children, adults, couples, and families who are facing challenging circumstances, strained relationships, and difficult thoughts and emotions. With a compassionate and warm style, I aim to create a space where you feel welcome and comfortable to explore those challenges and work together towards change. My specialities include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, child psychology, family and marital conflict, anger management, and life transitions.

I approach therapy from a blend of systemic, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and solutions- focused lenses. I also incorporate art and play therapy techniques into sessions with children and adolescents, and I enjoy integrating faith and prayer into sessions if that is something you are interested in.

Reaching out for support is a huge first step, and I would love to be there on the other side of it for you.

I am currently completing an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Bethel Seminary.

Location
