Diana Bryan Travis

I will always meet you where you’re at because I believe the right time to have a voice is “Now.” Asking for help can be one of the hardest steps to take, especially when facing challenges like marital, family conflicts, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or relational struggles. It’s common to feel vulnerable but seeking support is a sign of strength and a vital step towards change. I am here to listen and focus on you as we journey together. I would love to help you find your strengths and face life challenges while managing your spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, affirming space where you feel understood and empowered to create lasting changes in your life.

I understand that self-exploration and vulnerability can be difficult. I am excited to journey with you as you commit to taking these steps in taking care of your whole self and family.

I am committed to helping couples, individuals, and families of all ethnicities to gain insight and understanding regarding dysfunctional behavior and relational patterns. I do believe that every person is unique, and every approach should be tailored specifically. You may be carrying a lot you rarely express aloud, and I would be honored to help you in your most vulnerable areas, whether grief, anxiety, or depression.

I’m dedicated and focused on providing quality tools, resources, counseling, and a solid plan to help you develop healthier relationships with others and increase self-esteem as we work through past traumas. You are not alone. Let’s take this journey together.

EXPERIENCE

Diana has worked with families, individuals, and couples in the Health Care Field for over 10 years. This experience has equipped her with valuable skills to address a wide range of relational and personal challenges, always approaching each situation with compassion and a tailored perspective. In addition, she has served as an International Coordinator and Missionary, opportunities that allowed her to travel and engage with diverse communities worldwide. These roles have enabled her to help individuals and families navigate cultural differences, overcome unique obstacles, and provide steadfast support while fostering meaningful relationships.

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus”.
- Philippians 1:6
