I have over 6 years of experience working with children and adolescences, and find working with these age groups extremely rewarding. Likewise, I have a passion for helping couples and families; I have found that “the more the merrier” applies to therapy as well. Across ages I have experience helping individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, as well as premarital, parenting, family-of-origin, anger, self-image, and infidelity challenges. I am open and willing to incorporate faith as much, or as little, as desired. Nonetheless, my goal is to express God’s love for you in each and every session.

God has blessed me with the privilege and ability to help others and it is my mission to use these gifts to positively impact lives. This starts by creating a safe and open space for change. I believe we are our true selves when we are relaxed and comfortable, which I will make a priority every time we meet. I find myself a trail guide throughout this process; encouraging you during uphill battles, sitting in the mud with you during thunderstorms, but more importantly, enjoying the beautiful scenery at the top of the mountain.

I am here when you are ready to start that journey together.

but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. - Isaiah 40:31

Devon has his Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University in Minneapolis. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. He has coaching experience with grades K-12, working as a senior high youth group leader, and working in an alcohol and drug prevention program that focused on grades 6-12. These experiences contributed to Devon’s value for more male therapists that can easily connect with the younger generation.
