Rob Kistler, MA, LMFT, provides counseling for individuals and couples based on the belief that change is possible for anyone willing to seek and finds that each person is a unique and valuable reflection of the image of God. His approach involves accepting people where they are at and helping them get to the level of mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being they desire. His compassion coupled with his empathic style allows clients to experience the freedom and growth therapy provides. He encourages clients to explore the underlying reasons for their current mental and emotional health and aims to help clients find healing from their past, embrace practical solutions for the present, and instill hope for the future.

Rob has been helping others achieve their goals and has built his reputation on integrity and honesty within the therapeutic community, the church community, as well as with his clients. He strives for the highest level of effective and ethical counseling. His ability to aim with precision to the heart of the matter leads to quick relief from emotional pain, helping clients move forward on a more desirable path toward their highest potential.

Rob received his undergraduate degree from Crown College and his master’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and his graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He and his wife live in Saint Paul.
